We’re seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Advisor to support General Goods and Services procurement within a strategic procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role will deliver end-to-end procurement and contract management advice while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

• End-to-end procurement across sourcing, tendering, contracting and supplier management

• Preparing and managing tenders, evaluations, negotiations and contract awards

• Providing strategic procurement advice and ensuring compliance with public sector policy and governance

• Supporting continuous improvement and value-for-money outcomes

• 4+ years’ experience in end-to-end procurement

• Strong tendering and contract negotiation experience

• Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks highly regarded

• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• CIPS or equivalent desirable, not essential

This is an initial 12-month contract with strong potential to become permanent .
