Our client has embarked on a significant transformation and critical to its success is the appointment of an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Governance and Compliance Specialist.
The Procurement and Supply Chain Governance and Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate procurement and supply chain governance and compliance including frameworks, processes, procedures, and systems to embed compliance best practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop, implement and maintain procurement and supply chain policies, procedures and related guidelines.
- Lead the creation of appropriate compliance reporting including collation of data, development of bespoke reports, dashboards and proactive tracking of audit and risk actions.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption of Procurement Governance and process, enhancing performance and collaboration.
- Develop and implement a robust procurement and supply chain internal assurance audit Programme.
- Collaborate across the business to effectively deliver significant business change in relation to Procurement and Supply Chain processes and systems.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, ensuring potential risks are addressed proactively and learnings are fed into process and procedure updates.
