We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the procurement team with data analysis, reporting, and insights that inform commercial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics or procurement career who enjoys working with data and building clear, practical reports.

You’ll work closely with procurement, finance, and digital teams to analyse spend and supplier data, support reporting, and help improve procurement processes through better use of systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse procurement spend and supplier data to support decision-making

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI

  • Support data extraction and analysis using SQL and Excel

  • Assist with maintaining data quality across procurement systems

  • Produce clear, easy-to-understand insights and visualisations

  • Support process improvements and simple automation initiatives

About You

  • Degree in business, finance, analytics, procurement, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an analyst, reporting, or procurement support role

  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI to build dashboards and reports

  • Working knowledge of Excel; exposure to SQL is desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
