Contract to end of January 2027
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support procurement and contract activities within a large infrastructure or energy project environment. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Lead, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of contracts, procurement coordination, and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities-
Support contract administration including variations, amendments and claims

Assist with procurement processes including bid documentation and evaluations

Maintain contract registers, trackers and reporting

Monitor milestones, deliverables and escalate risks where required

Coordinate communication between project teams, suppliers and leadership

Experience in contracts administration or procurement support within infrastructure, construction, energy or major project environments

Exposure to formal procurement processes and contract documentation

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
